Terrorists, Naxalites, Maoists, Insurgents, Separatists, infiltrators, criminals, anti-social elements and Christian Missionaries have kidnapped
India.  

Naxalites and Maoists kidnap tribal to make them Naxalites otherwise they kill them in Andhra, Orissa, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand especially. Kidnapping is flourishing in
Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Insurgents and infiltrators are becoming mighty in North East Provinces. Terrorism wings now beyond
Jammu and Kashmir. It has deep roots in UP,
Maharashtra, Kerala and Karnatak besides other provinces. 

India is facing
Pakistan sponsored terrorism since two decades. Although it is a glorious fact that from Pakistan ISI and Al Qaeda sponsored outsourcing to kidnapping and killing Industries are flourishing in
India and everyone is a target, and despite the still more glorious fact that almost all terrorist organizations, gangs and criminals in our country are busy in this business, there seems to be no shortage of staff. SIMI and other Jehadi secular organizations easily fulfill their need. Who creates devils?  In
India vote bank politics is the medium for creating these Devils.   

On International level Imperialistic policies of
America gave birth and developed the devils Al Quaeda, Taliban and
Pakistan based terrorist organizations. This is the open fact that Taliban and Al Qaeda were born and developed by
America through
Pakistan in the

Without knowing and getting ‘Shiv Shakti’ the above said imperialist and vote bank playing politicians created so many Bhashmasurs. In
India fake secularist parties did make up of Shiva’s Varda Mudra: the Lord’s right hand is shown in a boon- bestowing and blessing. Fake secularists dance vote bank politics never is the dance of Shiva. Devils are not eligible for getting boons. The can be understood in better way by the following example of BHASHMASUR.  

Bhasmasur was a well known devil. He started hard penance for Lord Shiva’s grace. Satisfied with his penance Lord Shiva appeared before him. Lord Shiva asked Bhasmasur what he wanted. He immediately said “O Lord! Bless me with power.” He asked further “Anything upon which I put my hand should turn into ashes.” Shiva smiled for a moment and then blessed him with whatever he asked. Bhasmasur’s happiness knew no bound. Bhasmasur at once started running after Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva already knew what was going to happen. He started to run and Bhasmasur  began to follow him.  The chase took Lord Shiva to his holy abode, Kailash.   

Gauging the impending impasse, Lord Vishnu came to rescue and assumed the form of a beautiful lady – Mohini.  Bhasmasur was not a saint. He had not mastered his senses. His anger, his lust, his animosity was as it is.  A beautiful lady was enough to lure him. Moreover, Mohini was so extraordinary that Bhasmasur was attracted towards her at a first glance.  Now Bhasmasur began chasing Mohini.  

Mohini knew that Bhasmasur was mad after her and would do anything to get to her.  She started dancing and Bhasmasur began replicating her every move blindly.  Soon, Mohini performed a posture in which she put her hand on her own head. Bhasmasur was just blindly following her, so he also put his hand on his own head.  That was it. Bhasmasur turned into ashes!  What else would be an end of a blind folded person Manu Sharma and others running raping so many Jessicas, kidnapers kidnapping so many Anants, terrorists attacking parliaments, airports and blasting tains, Naxalites Maoists killing and kidnapping tribals and other so many crimes.

American Gadahn converted to Islam as a teen Gadahn grew up on a farm in
Riverside County, Calif., and converted to Islam as a teen, moved to
Pakistan in 1978, attended al-Qaida training camps, married an Afghani refugee and served as an al-Qaida translator.Gadahn was born Adam Pearlman on September 1, 1978, the grandson of a prominent Jewish surgeon and the son of musician Phil Pearlman, who converted to Christianity and changed his named to Gadahn (apparently derived from the Biblical figure Gideon.) Indian airports are again on alert following FBI warning. Three days after Indian airports were put on high alert following a letter warning of possible Al-Qaeda strikes; security was again tightened at airports across the country on Nov 12, after a senior Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) official received a threatening email that US-bound planes from India would be hijacked. The email, originating from India, was sent to the FBI headquarters on Nov 11.

PDP is an ally of Congress in J&K. He became CM of J&K before Congres CM Gulam of Afzal. Farooq Abdulla was also CM of J&K. These ‘three ticket maha viket’ are mercy seekers for Afzal Guru. Congress and its allies do not oppose the mercy appeal. So secular Indian Government should send a lovely letter to Al Qaeda in the light of above said facts. 

Would Al Qaeda stop to see Gandhigiri with a half-moustache?In stark contrast to stressed army personnel shooting their colleagues in Jammu and Kashmir, a Central Reserve Police Officer (CRPF) has chosen satyagraha, a half-shaven moustache and one meal-a-day to register his non-violent protest. We can give an example of the suicide of a trader of Delhi against sealing. We are followers of non-violence. As Al Qaeda follows Law of Shariat  we also follow non-violence of Mahatma Gandhi, Mahveer and Buddha. We should enroll our names in Greenish book for the tolerance.

Synchronized attacks plannedDuring the two-day sentencing hearing, prosecutors outlined details of a plot to launch synchronized attacks in Britain in a bid to unleash a “memorable black day” of terror.

In a dramatic exchange on Monday, the prosecution showed clips of a reconnaissance video taken by Barot during a 2001 visit to New York, which on Tuesday were posted by the London Metropolitan Police on their website, on a page detailing the Barot investigation.

Barot filmed the city’s stock exchange, a fire station, police cars and even a Jewish “Star of David” symbol on an office window. The footage also zoomed in on the World Trade Center’s towers as a man is heard mimicking the sound of an explosion. It was found spliced into a videotape copy of the movie “Die Hard With A Vengeance.”

Al Qaeda Terror: Recover brain injury

 

Is science developed brain armor as body armor? Traumatic brain injury or TBI is becoming an increasingly common affliction of the war on terror as threats to blow up Indian airports or White House. It’s affecting troops and even the common people. These injuries may be ranging from mild concussions to unconsciousness or coma.   

But their ultimate goal is psychological: to create a climate of fear, uncertainty, and vulnerability. Through psychological means, the perpetrators hope to attain what they cannot accomplish militarily. It is about making ordinary people feel vulnerable, anxious, confused, uncertain, and helpless. Terrorism intentionally hits emotional “hot buttons.” 

Improved body armor is doing a wonderful job of saving lives and reducing the rate of internal injuries on the battlefield. But even with Kevlar helmets, there’s a critical organ this protective gear simply doesn’t adequately protect: the gelatin-like brain material that can shift violently inside the skull when confronted by explosions, sudden jolts or shock waves from blasts.  

Brain injuryA common misconception is that having a brain injury is the same as being brain damaged. That is not necessarily the case. One of the confusing and often deceptive things about brain injuries is that they are not visible to the eye. The brain injury results in temporary disability and impairment. They are the equivalent of a concussion. People often fully recover from these kinds of injuries.

Indian soldier on LoC who is close to an explode may get knocked off his feet and briefly lose consciousness. He may well have a concussion, also a brain injury.

TBI symptoms run the gamut, from slower reaction times to severe emotional and cognitive problems. Affected troops often report headaches, sensitivity to light or noise, dizziness or nausea. But many also experience the less-obvious symptoms of depression, irritability, insomnia or loss of memory or problem-solving abilities, the doctors said. In more severe cases, victims can lose their eyesight and their ability to walk and talk.  

This circuitry can be activated when a loved one undergoes a traumatic event and in emergency room personnel and first responders “There is nothing unique about a terrorist attack as a traumatic stressor. A traumatic stressor is defined as anything that’s a threat to your life or the life of someone close to you. It’s really only variations of magnitude,” said Dr. Douglas Brenner, the director of the

Medicine, and Director of Mental Health Research at the VA Medical Center in
Atlanta, Georgia. 

In 1995, Brenner’s team was the first to use brain imaging to study post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to show how stress can damage brain circuitry. The fear response comes from the amygdala. The frontal cortex helps the extinction of fear, which eliminates the fear response. Everybody has a fear response. It’s a normal adaptive response to a threatening situation, explained Bremner. The issue is whether the fear response can be shut off afterwards, when the threat is over. People who don’t shut off their fear response develop chronic PTSD, which involves the frontal lobe, he said. The hippocampus is sensitive to the effects of stress, which can lead to problems with memory if that stress is chronic.  

Most People Recover Psychologically, But a Minority Do NotPTSD is marked by intrusive and distressing recollections of the event; avoidance of any reminders (which may make it difficult to return to work in the affected neighborhood), numbing of normal emotional responses, disturbed sleep, and difficulty concentrating.  

One problem is that people without known risk factors may be overlooked, even though they need care. After 9/11, the research in US found that a sizable number of residents in and outside of
New York City had developed PTSD symptoms even though they were not directly affected by the attacks 

Field hospitals are doing “a remarkable job” of offering sophisticated medical care close to the point of injury, French said, including conducting initial screenings for brain injury when possible.  

Precaution Measures(1) The very words ‘brain injury’ often instill fear in people and make them uncomfortable. To increase public awareness and understanding, October is designated Brain Injury Awareness Day or Week or Month.(2) Create interdisciplinary Task Force in 2003. Its members were experts in brain and behavior, with a special focus on responses to trauma and risk communication. The Task Force evaluated the scientific literature to determine what we know about the psychological effects of terrorism, what we urgently need to know, and what recommendations we should implement now.

Former CMs Mufti and Farooq Abdulla would support him for this secular humanitarian religious effort.  

Dig well before fire happenedThese type of news are necessary to publish but also sufficient to crate a tension among the common people as well as the responsible staff. All become panic. Threatening and after that taking precaution measures become the routine all over the world. Why should not the same safety measures be taken always? If this would be done then there should not be spread terror among the common people and thus terrorists prior to execution of the terror would not be damage brains.     

Al Qaeda create terror environment before executing terror blast. Publicity of this in media and to the possible targeted persons also injured the brain. Targeted countries such as US,
UK and
India themselves helps Al Qaeda and others creating terror among the people. 

Terrorism is not for a limited periodWe should accept the reality. We have to live with facing terrorism. Enemy neither send love letter nor inform before attacking to us or to the security forces that stand firmly on the border. We are not living in ‘Mahabharat’ period. So every person of the country should be alert as the soldier. We should be prepared ourselves to face successfully the terror event. We should learn a lesson from the following incident of today.

The man the protector, powerful, and the provider, were no longer. As a society we are finding ourselves borrowing from various cultures especially western we come in contact with, which in turn challenge our own value systems.  

The insecure confused people especially youth join political leaders; gangsters; diamond dealers and car syndicates, others become cash thieves – all for the sake of maintaining masculinity. Other men direct their feelings of powerlessness and marginalization to rape and violence. They turn to abuse and misuse of women and children. This is an unhealthy approach given the fact that most of the problems come about because of the powerlessness of men and other factors. The definition of manhood needs to be adjusted to the current social, economic and political realities.

** When Macbeth tells his wife that they’re not going to kill King Duncan, after all, she accuses him of being a coward, and he asks her to just be quiet, saying, “Prithee, peace: / I dare do all that may become a man; / Who dares do more is none” (1.7.45-47). He means that a real man wouldn’t commit murder. His wife has the opposite view, and sarcastically replies, “What beast was’t, then, / That made you break this enterprise to me? / When you durst do it, then you were a man” (1.7.47-49). She wins the argument. 

^** When Macbeth tries to convince two men that Banquo is their enemy, they don’t respond as he wants them to. He then asks saracastically if they are willing to let Banquo keep their families in poverty forever. Instead of showing the hot anger that Macbeth is looking for, First Murderer only says, “We are men, my liege.” Then Macbeth gets even more sarcastic, saying, “Ay, in the catalogue ye go for men; / As hounds and greyhounds, mongrels, spaniels, curs, / Shoughs, water-rugs and demi-wolves, are clept / All by the name of dogs” (3.1.90-94). He goes on to say that they won’t be real men until they’re ready to kill Banquo. [Scene Summary]  

** As the Scottish forces march to join the English in Birnam wood, Lennox comments that among the English “there is Siward’s son, / And many unrough youths that even now / Protest their first of manhood” (5.2.9-11). “Unrough youths” are those who are so young that they have yet to grow beards. In this context, “protest” means almost the opposite of what it does now; rather than complaining about their manhood, these youths are ready to prove that they are men. [Scene Summary]  

^** In the last scene of the play, when Macduff tells Macbeth that he was not “of woman born,” Macbeth answers, “Accursed be that tongue that tells me so, / For it hath cow’d my better part of man!” (5.8.17-18). Macduff has made him feel fear, and to Macbeth’s way of thinking, the “better part of man” is courage. Later in the same scene, Ross tells Siward the news of his son’s death: Your son, my lord, has paid a soldier’s debt:
He only lived but till he was a man;
The which no sooner had his prowess confirm’d
In the unshrinking station where he fought,

Castro viewed actions as a challenge to his manhood. Under the influence of liquor his judgment might have been clouded, but probably not, a “gringo” had challenged him in front of many people. The leading case: The Challenge Saloon Murder in
San Diego: Augustin Castro’s Fight for Clemency. 

In another bizarre twist to the Jessica Lal case, senior counsel Ram Jethmalani on Thursday told a Bench of the Delhi High Court that Jessica was not shot over drinks dispute but because she ‘challenged the manhood’ of the killer. 

Senior counsel Ram Jethmalani on Wednesday told the Delhi High Court that it was a “tall Sikh gentleman” who shot Jessica Lall, and not Manu Sharma as alleged by the police. When the Bench, comprising Justices R.S. Sodhi and P.K. Bhasin asked whether the Sikh was Amardeep Singh Gill, one of the accused, counsel said it was some other “sardar,” who was an influential person, and it was at his behest that the
Delhi police framed Manu Sharma.  

Accused: Augustin Castro After an afternoon of drinking wine and in a drunken stupor Castro allegedly killed Matthew Alderson, the owner of the Challenge Saloon in
San Diego. What happened to Castro in the summer of 1872 was repeated over and over again by other indigent defendants throughout
California, regardless of racial background. 

Matthew Alderson murdered by CastroOn Friday night, April 5, 1872, a group of people gathered in Matthew Alderson’s Challenge Saloon at 5th and
Columbia streets in
San Diego to drink and listen to music being played by the proprietor and two other men. It was about 9 p.m. and W. B. Carleton stated that he noticed a “Spaniard or Sonoran” who appeared to be under the influence enter the saloon. The man began drinking at the bar, talked loudly, and called for more wine. The bartender refused.²  

Finally, the bartender put him out of the bar, but he came back in again. He began to display a knife with the tip of the blade broken off and Alderson asked him to put it down and leave. After walking out the door, the Mexican asked for his knife and Alderson picked it up off the table and stepped out the door. A few moments later, Carleton heard a shot, rushed out the door, but was unable to see anyone because it was so dark and there were no street lights.³  

He began to grope on the porch and found Alderson lying in a pool of blood, shot one time in the head at very close range. Dr. R. J. Gregg, the examining surgeon, found one wound with the bullet lodged in the base of the brain. The appearance of the wound and the “powder marks” indicated the assailant was very close to the victim.⁴  

Although Carleton did not actually see the shooting, he claimed, “I think that Mexican did it.”⁵ 

** During the coroner’s inquest, J. Mathias, the bartender, identified the man that he put out the door as the defendant Augustin Castro.⁶ 

** Ben Mannasse had been in Alderson’s saloon for a while that evening and then returned to his home across the street from the Challenge Saloon. He heard Alderson and Castro talking outside and when he looked out of the window, Mannasse saw them both standing in front of the saloon. A few moments later Mannasse heard one shot fired and saw a flash from the gun.⁷ He then heard someone running down the street toward the Government Corral, but did not see who it was because of the darkness. 

** H. Baslow testified that he was standing in front of a market across from the saloon when he saw two men come out, a shot was fired, and a man ran across the street toward the corral. He heard the man running say “God damn you, I’ve shot you.”⁸ 

** Constable A. M. Young, the first law enforcement officer to reach the crime scene, Young walked over to the corral, followed the fence, and discovered Augustin Castro about 200 feet from the crime scene. Later, Young testified that Castro “was preparing to shoot me when I rushed upon him.”⁹ 

** On the surface this appears to be an open and shut case. At the trial, Sheriff S. W. Craigue testified that although Young found Castro first, “I went up to him; he was laying alongside of the fence in what I considered at the time, and do now, a drunken stupor; stupidly drunk.”¹⁰ 

** Contrary to what Constable Young said, the sheriff noted that Castro did not have a gun in his hand and he was not about to “shoot or rush” at him. Sheriff Craigue continued “what convinces me that he was unconscious is that it was an hour after the occurrence, [of the shooting] and it being a very dark night he would have escaped, I think, if he had been in his senses.” When Castro woke up the next morning in his cell, the jailor informed the sheriff that the defendant had no idea where he was or why he was there. The sheriff concluded “I consider from what I saw and learned, that night was a blank to him.”¹¹ 

** On July 11, Castro, with court-appointed attorney Chalmers Scott, appeared before District Court Judge H. C. Rolfe. Castro with advice of counsel pled guilty to murder.¹³ 

** Castro admitted drinking wine most of the afternoon and said: “I don’t know where I went to this day, until I was locked up in jail.” The defendant also claimed he neither knew Alderson nor saw him the day of the killing. Castro stated: “I don’t remember of being in the saloon that night.”¹⁴ 

^** He admitted that he seldom drank wine until that Friday. After hearing the testimony of Castro and Sheriff Craigue, Judge Rolfe found the defendant guilty of second degree murder and sentenced him to life in prison. 

The evidence that Castro committed the killing is convincing even though no one actually saw him shoot the victim. Machismo may have been an important factor that helps to explain this murder. It is possible that after being put out of the bar Castro viewed these actions as a challenge to his manhood. And being heavily under the influence of liquor his judgment might have been clouded, but probably not his feeling that a “gringo” had challenged him in front of many people. However, some of the facts cloud the verdict. For example, Constable Young testified that he found a Colt revolver in the possession of the defendant with “two chambers empty.”¹⁵ 

^** Why did the constable and the sheriff fail to examine the gun to determine whether it had been recently fired? And does “two chambers empty” mean that two shots had been fired? All witnesses testified that they heard only one shot.  

Maybe the constable meant that one chamber had been fired and another chamber had no cartridge in it. With single-action Colt revolvers, it was common to leave one chamber empty over which the hammer rests in order to prevent an accidental misfire. However, there is no way of knowing whether that is what the constable meant when he testified about the crime; he seemed to be suggesting that the gun had been fired twice. 

Unfortunately while serving a life sentence in San Quentin Castro had virtually no one to intercede on his behalf, but he learned from experience that if the prosecutor and judge who presided over your trial could be induced to write letters it was possible to gain executive clemency. After spending eighteen years in San Quentin, in 1890, Castro began to write letters to McNealy and Rolfe, the two men most responsible for sending him to prison. By this time both men were apparently convinced that Castro had served enough time for his crime. After receiving a letter from Rolfe, McNealy wrote back, “I agree with you, that this man [Castro] has been sufficiently punished.”²¹ 

^** In a letter to the governor providing facts about the Castro trial and asking for executive clemency, Rolfe claimed that “at the time I had doubts whether he was not more unfortunate than criminal.”²² 

Prison authorities finally paroled Castro on June 19, 1901, and the governor granted a full pardon in January 1903. Castro had entered San Quentin a young man of twenty-three; at age fifty-two he left the prison walls to start a new life. 

The following documents from the San Diego Historical Society Research Archives and the California State Archives help to illuminate how the criminal justice system treated indigent ethnic defendants accused of murder. Although it could be a long difficult road and an arduous task for a friendless inmate; these documents do reveal that if one were convicted and sentenced to prison a process did exist to eventually provide for release and pardon.  

Mohammed Afzal Guru, He sentenced to death for his role in the 2001 Parliament terror attack, has petitioned President A P J Abdul Kalam for mercy.
Guru has submitted his 102-page long mercy petition to the authorities of Tihar jail, where he is lodged currently, sources told in
New Delhi.   

In his plea, Guru said he was moved by the ‘solidarity’ he has received from the people cutting across ideological divides apart from the support he got from
Jammu and Kashmir.

Here it is clear that first former and present CMs of J&K, Congress leaders, CPM, NCP, Arundhati Roy and Medha Patkar of NBA and human activists’ lawyers first create atomosphere by their terrorist financed propagena machinery and after that instruct to Afzal for sending the mercy petitions. In saharasamay channel and other media had said about this happening.  

“This support has truly given me a new hope that I may still live and able to see me son grow up,” he said in his plea. Guru said he was also moved by how ‘graciously the President received his wife, son and mother when they met him…..it kindled a new hope that I may still get justice.” 

God knows President would give Kashmiri Pandits and the families of sacrificed security forces new hope that they may still live and able to see their sons grow up,’’ Are these traitors and Afzal patriot? If yes then this definition should be included in the constitution by the secular government, if that is terrorism sponsored Paki or Italian government instead of Indian.

BJP shines in UP civic body pollsIn a major setback to the ruling samajwadi party, the BJP has emerged as the dark horse in the civic body elections. According to the counting reports, BJP has registered victory at five places in the mayoral poll while Congress has managed to bag one seat. The BJP was surprise gainer in the mayoral election and party has bagged Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Agra, Ghaziabad and Aligarh seats and the party candidates are leading in Lucknow, Kanpur and Meerut seats. The SP has won the Moradabad mayoral post. The Congress candidate has won the Bareily, Allahabad and one more. There are 12 mayoral seats in the state.  

Over all, SP is doing miserably in the mayoral elections even as he leads the nagar polica parishad and nagar pachayats tallies. Out of total 417 seats of the nagar polika presidents, results of 312 had been declared. Independent had won 121 followed by the ruling SP with 84. Bhartiya Janta Party with 53 following behind while Congress had won 21 seats. Out of 194 nagar panchayat seats, results of 121 had been declared. SP had won 45, BJP 20, Congress 7 while independents were victorious at 36 places. 

Who will form the next Government at the centre?BJP is shining because it had six mayor when it was in power. In the reent byelections it did badly. Further few leaders left the parties. It remained in so many controversies. If the BJP give a lilllte push keeping this poll results then it will can sea itself in the next government at the centre.  

In 200 polls when BJP is ruling party, it was the main gainer as it wrested 6 mayoral seats out of the total 12, while the BSP, SP and Congress had won one seat each. Three independents were won in the past poll. Percenage wise, BJP stood on top by notching 18.11 percent votes in the urban local bodies poll in the year 2000, whil the SP received 15.30 percent, BSP got 13. 48 percent and Congress could only mangae 8.63 percent votes.   

Election is crucial as a warm-up exercise. All political parties except BSP contested the election.  Allegation of large scale rigging and sporadic violence in which 2 died and 100 injured.

Who can give guarantee against the threat of al-QaedaThe U.S. will still need an insurance policy against the threat of al-Qaeda. Trying to put back together Iraq, a state that has brought nonstop misery to most of its people for its entire 80-year history and is not desired by a substantial part of its citizens, will only bring about more pain and blood for Americans and Iraqis. 

The army, while marginally better than the police, is divided along sectarian lines and is largely ineffective. Whole battalions do not show up for combat duties they don’t like. It is not possible to build a national army or police force when there is no nation to begin with. 

Lesson to learn from IraqReligious head counting, more minorities in the security forces are only to divide the country. Nehru Congress against the wishes of Mahatma Gandhi to fulfill the wishes of rule the country already accepted partition of the country in 1947. The same policy is the present Congress to stab the back of unity of the India. Foreigners remain here only to rule and at the end to divide the country as Bush is doing and British rulers had done in 1947
